We want you to choose your saree with complete confidence. ❤️ Since sarees are selected according to personal preferences, change of mind or personal preference is not eligible for return.

If your saree arrives with a genuine manufacturing defect or damage, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. Simply email us at contact.avyeli@gmail.com with your order details, clear photos, and a video showing the concern. Our team will carefully review it and guide you through the next steps.

If the manufacturing-defect claim is approved after verification, the applicable refund will be processed to your bank account.

We kindly request you to check your saree carefully when it arrives and handle it with care, as damage caused by washing, ironing, alterations, improper storage, or other handling after delivery is not considered a manufacturing defect.
